Dialog appoints new UK and Ireland sales director

Dialog has announced Carol Sinfield as its new sales director for the UK and Ireland, as part of the diamond subscription platform’s continued commitment to growth in the UK market.

Sinfield has nearly 30 years of experience in the UK jewellery sector, during which she has established long-lasting relationships with independent retailers, regional groups and national accounts.

She has gained a reputation for commercial integrity, market insight and in-depth knowledge of UK jewellery retailers’ needs.

The company said her new role is underpinned by its ongoing expansion in the UK, as more and more retailers are operating under its deployment model targeted at improving inventory flexibility, protecting margins and lowering capital exposure.

Dialog is a deployment-based diamond and jewellery platform operating under the HRA Group of Companies, an international diamond and jewellery group with sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution capabilities across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

It said its vertical integration offers UK partners supply security, transparency and pricing discipline, which it added are crucial factors in today’s trading environment.
