Jewellery manufacturer Jewelcast has announced the appointments of Sam Felton as director of business development and Harry Cox as sales director, strengthening its support offerings to jewellery retailers, designers and trade customers across the UK.
Felton brings more than 30 years of industry experience to the role, with knowledge across the manufacturing, business development and customer sectors. In his new role, he will drive business growth by expanding its manufacturing capacity and improving production efficiencies.
Cox, who has been promoted to sales director, has company experience building relationships with customers and providing responsive support. In this new phase, he will work closely with new and existing customers to provide accurate manufacturing solutions.
Operating within Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, the business has been scaling its capabilities across casting and bespoke jewellery manufacturing for over two decades. The company said that as interest for manufacturing partners across the country increases, it is continuing to invest in technology and craftsmanship to meet the demand.
