Chaumet expands Joséphine collection with new jewellery and watch designs

Chaumet has unveiled new additions to its Joséphine collection, introducing a range of jewellery and watch designs that reinterpret the maison’s signature motifs through a contemporary lens.

Available from 1 September 2026, the latest creations expand one of Chaumet’s most recognisable collections, drawing inspiration from Empress Joséphine, whose influence on fashion and jewellery continues to shape the brand’s design language. The collection revisits several of the house’s hallmark design codes, including the pear motif, tiara-inspired silhouettes and V-shaped aigrette detailing, while introducing new stacking rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets and a jewellery watch designed to encourage layering and personal styling.

Among the new launches are white and rose gold pendants and earrings, diamond-set rings, Akoya pearl designs and a rose gold Joséphine watch featuring a diamond-set bezel. The collection also includes updated interpretations of Chaumet’s Triomphe de Chaumet ring with a pear-shaped sapphire, alongside high jewellery pieces incorporating pavé-set diamonds and openwork designs.

According to the maison, the new designs are intended to “blend heritage craftsmanship with modern versatility, allowing pieces to be mixed, matched and stacked while retaining the distinctive aesthetic associated with the Joséphine collection”. The latest additions also continue Chaumet’s focus on pear-shaped diamonds, graphic lines and asymmetrical styling inspired by the aigrette, a jewelled hair ornament favoured by empress Joséphine.

Chaumet said: “The collection celebrates women who embody the same confidence, independence and elegance associated with Joséphine. The new pieces are timeless creations designed to reinterpret the collection’s iconic codes for a new generation.”
