Gecko Jewellery releases Laura Ashley ‘Daydream’ collection

Gecko Jewellery has announced the launch of the Laura Ashley 925 ‘Daydream’ collection, which it said reimagines the fashion designer’s patterns in delicate, symbolic jewellery designs that simultaneously evoke nostalgia and novelty.

The design house and wholesaler added that the collection, showcasing gold, faceted gemstones and recycled sterling silver, centers texture and form to put a new spin on heritage motifs using colour, dimension and light.

All taking their names from Laura Ashley prints, Gecko Jewellery said the range’s highlights include its ‘Everingham Meadow’ semi-precious briolette set, ‘Riverly Ditsy’ guilloche flower necklace and ‘Blue Birds’ mini swallow station necklace.

Coupling recycled sterling silver with yellow gold plating, the ‘Everingham Meadow’ briolette set features faceted stones such as pink amethyst, blue topaz and lemon quartz to add colour and light to each piece.

The ‘Riverly Ditsy’ necklace, also pairing sterling silver with gold plating, is hand finished with a guilloche detail to go with Gecko Jewellery’s matching hoop earrings.

Crafted in sterling silver with a refined finish, the ‘Blue Birds’ station necklace uses soft silhouette motifs to reflect “a charming approach to a timeless design”.
