Chaumet has unveiled its latest high jewellery collection, A Journey through Nature, featuring 46 one-of-a-kind pieces inspired by botanical forms, spices and natural landscapes.
The French luxury jeweller’s new collection is structured into three chapters exploring themes of botanical freshness, spicy sweetness and aromatic warmth, with each parure drawing on elements such as tea fields, verbena, vanilla flowers, coffee beans and saffron.
The collection combines exceptional gemstones including Colombian emeralds, yellow diamonds, sapphires and aquamarines with the maison’s signature craftsmanship and naturalist design heritage.
Several of the collection’s statement pieces required more than 1,200 hours of craftsmanship. The designs reflect a commitment to nature first established by founder Marie-Étienne Nitot in 1780, the house said. The house also highlighted its continued focus on responsible sourcing, using fully traceable raw materials, diamonds compliant with the Kimberley Process and coloured gemstones selected to strict ethical standards.
Alongside the high jewellery collection, Chaumet has expanded its signature bee creations with 25 new brooches inspired by the honeycomb motif.
Chaumet said: “The launch builds on a series of recent nature-inspired high jewellery collections and reinforces Chaumet’s position as one of the luxury sector’s leading naturalist jewellers.”
