Laings opens new Argyll Arcade showroom

Laings has opened a new showroom in Glasgow’s Argyll Arcade, introducing its first open workshop concept alongside four exclusive jewellery collections as it expands its retail offering.

The showroom, which officially opened on 30 July, marks the luxury jeweller’s fifth UK location and sees the business return to Argyll Arcade after relocating to a flagship showroom on Buchanan Street in 2024. Designed to showcase jewellery craftsmanship, the new workshop features glass-panelled workspaces where customers can watch craftspeople carry out repairs, restoration and bespoke work. The showroom also offers same-day engraving and selected repair services.

The opening coincides with the launch of four exclusive jewellery collections, many of which have been crafted in the UK using Single Mine Origin gold.

The new ranges include Tide, inspired by Scotland’s shipbuilding heritage; Nova, Laings’ first charm collection; 1840, a Celtic knot collection celebrating the retailer’s heritage; and Symphony of Love, a new engagement ring concept that allows customers to select an individual diamond before pairing it with their preferred setting.
